New and current Girl Scouts welcome! Join us for the Spooner/Shell Lake Challenge & Change Kick-off. Challenge & Change is a Girl Scout program that teaches you how to design and lead projects that create positive change in your community. YOU discover the need in your community, then create and lead a project that makes a long lasting difference. The Challenge & Change program gives you all the tools you need and teaches you how to use them. Just imagine what YOU can do!
