THE AMERICAN WINE DINNER
Saturday, April 17
Voyager Village Golf Club
Please join us on Saturday, April 17 for the American Wine Dinner. This event promises to be a fantastic evening of fine dining. We are limiting the seating to 40 guests to assure an evening of excellent food, wine and service.
At 6 p.m., the first of five courses will be served along with the first of five wines for the evening. Each dining course of the evening will be created by CEC, CIA Executive Chef Glenn D’Amour with the support of Chef Andy Nowicke and Staff. “The Wine Guy”, Tim Grenier from Saratoga Liquors will be describing the wine he personally selected after reviewing the menu created by Chef D’Amour. The main dining feature for this American Wine Dinner will be Lobster Thormadore and Certified Black Angus “prime” tenderloin. The excellent wine and the 5 courses of incredible recipes that include unbelievable sauces and flavors will be the only wine dinner this year. To ensure an evening of excellent service, there will be one service staff per 8 people the entire evening. (SEE FULL MENU BELOW)
For just $100.00 per person (which includes both tax and tip) you will be treated to an evening which includes five courses of dining including desert, five flights of unlimited wine, and a piano player during the dinner. This event will sell out very quickly. This three hour evening with Chef D’Amour and Wine Guy Tim Grenier will make it the dining experience of the year.
Email your reservation with the required credit card to claforte@centurytel.net. She will email you back your confirmation.
This evening of dining is one you will want to experience, not hear about what you missed out on!
