If you are taking the pasta- making or sauce-making class, this is the
logical next step. In this class you will learn the secret to making and stuffing the perfect ravioli dough, including how to make your favorite, flavor-filled fillings from fabulous ingredients! In this “hands-on” class you’ll choose which filling - Sausage, Four Cheese or Spinach & Ricotta – you want to stuff into your ravioli, too! This class will include taste samplings of ingredients and fillings, pairing suggestions, special prizes, and you’ll get to take (what you didn’t eat or share) home! Student Supply List: Apron, Rolling pin, rolling board (or large, flat sheet); container for ravioli.
